Who this applies to

This policy covers two things: this website (getofflo.com), where you might join our waitlist, and the Offlo product itself (app.getofflo.com), which your company uses to track leave once you're a customer. Offlo is currently operated as an individual venture based in India, ahead of formal company incorporation — "we," "us," and "Offlo" below refer to that operation.

Information we collect

If you join the waitlist on this site, we collect the email address you submit through the signup form.

If your company signs up to use Offlo, we collect:

• Your name, work email address, and role (employee, manager, or owner)
• Your company's name and the country you've selected for public holidays
• Leave requests you submit — dates, leave type, and an optional reason you choose to include
• Basic account activity, like sign-in timestamps, needed to keep your session secure

We don't collect payment information directly — that will be handled by a third-party payment processor once billing is live, and we'll update this policy with the relevant details before that happens.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the service: creating your account, showing your team's calendar, sending leave-request and approval emails, computing leave balances, and responding if you contact us. If you're on the waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when early access is available.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We do use a small number of service providers to run Offlo, each of whom only sees what they need to do their job:

• Formspree — processes the waitlist signup form on this site
• Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in; your account and leave data are stored on their infrastructure in Singapore
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (invites, leave-request notifications, approval links)
• Vercel — hosts this website and the Offlo product

Each of these providers is contractually restricted from using your data for anything other than providing their service to us.

Where your data is stored

Your account and leave data are stored on servers located in Singapore. If you or your company are based elsewhere — including the UK, UAE, or elsewhere in India — your information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore in order to provide the service.

Cookies

The Offlo product uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies on either this site or the product.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and leave data for as long as your company's account is active. If your company stops using Offlo, you can request deletion of your data by emailing us — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@getofflo.com. If you're an employee using Offlo through your employer's account, some requests (like deleting leave records) may need to go through your company's account owner, since they control that data.

Children's privacy

Offlo is a workplace tool and isn't directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let account owners know directly.
